AISMA's protest was successful at the zonal level
Today, on 26/10/2021, a protest was organized by the All India Station Masters Association in front of the GM office in Chennai as Zonal level.
In this protest, the station masters of all the 6 divisions of Southern Railway were involved.
All the station masters were demonstrating in front of the GM headquarters with banners and flags in their hands.
A Very attractive speech stage was installed for the senior leaders of the AISMA cadre in this movement.
From this stage the senior leader was roaring like a lion's roar in front of the railway administration.
Adv M Ramani said that what would the officer living in the closed AC room he has no idea about the situation of the station master. The administration continues to harass even after the station master has done tough tests. There is no leave sanction to go home.
आज 26/10/2021 को चेन्नई में जीएम कार्यालय के सामने अखिल भारतीय स्टेशन मास्टर्स एसोसिएशन द्वारा एक विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित किया गया था। इस विरोध प्रदर्शन में दक्षिण रेलवे के सभी 6 मंडलों के स्टेशन मास्टर शामिल थे. सभी स्टेशन मास्टर जीएम मुख्यालय के सामने हाथों में बैनर और झंडे लिए प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे !
John Vincent Kumar, R K unnikrishnan, Adv Vijay Kumar, M Muruganandam told The Divisional administrations has no road map, no target dates or even a rough idea as to when the incumbents will join the cadre after training. This is the responsibility of HR managers of those Divisions. Worst still, some Divisions has not
even thought of departmental selection into the cadre of SMs.

Proceedings of Zonal Demonstration at Chennai on 26.10.21
After the successful completion of Divisional Demonstrations, ZEC/SZ
conducted the Zonal Demonstration on 26.10.21@ Chennai. More than 100 SMs particpated in the Demo.
Com. Naresh Kumar DOS/MAS welcomed the gathering and Com. Muruganandam Zonal President, presided over the meeting. Com. John Vincent Kumar Chairman (CAC,AISMA)
inaugurated the Demonstration. He reminded the cadre to be active in trade union activities to protest against the ill treatment to SM cadre. AISMA Southern Railway is the torch bearer and role model to the AISMA in rest of the country.
In his address, Com. T. Vijayakumar ExSG condemned the administration for their failure in effective implementation of MACP to SMs. He informed that SMs in 4800 and 5400 are eligible for all benefits of Group B officers and Aisma has to take up this issue. Com. Ramani Ex SG urged the SMs to fight for three promotion posts in SM cadre, ie; 4600,4800 and 5400. Instead of MACP we have to demand these three promotion posts.
Com. R. K. Unnikrishnan Ex CP congratulated ZEC for conducting the demo with mass representation of SMs and continue this spirit.

Shri. Suryaprakasham (GS/SRES), Com. Balachandran (ZP, AILRSA) also addressed the gathering. Com. E. K.
Babu, GS delivered the Vote of Thanks and expressed special thanks to all SMs who came from different parts of Southern Railway to attend this program and to all Senior Leaders of Aisma who inspired the delegates with their speech.
After that ZEC team submitted detailed Memorandum covering all our demands to GM and PCOM.
The Special ZEC conducted in afternoon decided to go ahead issuing Strike notice to administration before 15 th November to meet our long pending demands. Zonal Action Committee Chairman Com. Vinu asked all DSs to call special DECs to explain the details of Strike and prepare the cadre for the strike.

You all will know that those whose basic payment is above 43600, their night duty allowance has been stopped. All India Station Masters Association has been raising its voice for its cadre for a long time.
In this protest some slogans were raised against the railway administration as UP UP AISMA, down down democracy. Inqalab jindabad, AISMA Jindabad. We will be fight, till get NDA etc.
In this Protest, Balchandran of AlRSA and Suryaprakasam of SRES were also present on the stage.

At the end of the protest, the dharna was ended with the vote of thanks and the memorandum of administration was handed over by the leaders of AISMA.
