 रेलवे ट्रैक में उपयोग किया जाने वाला स्टील एक उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला स्टील मिश्र धातु है - जिसमें 0.7% कार्बन और 1% मैंगनीज होता है और इसे-C-Mn ’रेल स्टील के रूप में जाना जाता है ! जो जंग के लिए कम संवेदनशील है। जब लोहे से बने सामान नमी वाली हवा में ऑक्सीजन से प्रतिक्रिया करते हैं तो लोहे पर एक भूरे रंग की परत यानी आयरन ऑक्साइड (Iron oxide) की जम जाती है. यह भूरे रंग की परत लोहे का ऑक्सीजन के साथ प्रतिक्रिया के कारण आयरन ऑक्साइड बनने से होता है, जिसे धातु का संक्षारण कहते या लोहे में जंग लगना कहते है ! अर्थात जब लोहा वायुमंडल (ऑक्सीजन) और नमी (पानी) के संपर्क में आता है तो लोहा इनके साथ क्रिया करके कुछ अवांछित यौगिक बना लेता है और लोहे का क्षय होने लगता है और इसी कारण इसका रंग भी बदल जाता है , इसे लोहे पर जंग लगना कहते है। आपको जानकार आश्चर्य होगा कि विश्व के कुल उत्पादन का 15% लोहा जंग लगने के कारण ख़राब या नष्ट हो जाता है। लोहे पर जंग लगना एक विद्युत रासायनिक क्रिया है। लोहे पर जंग लगना एक प्रकार का संक्षारण है अर्थात लोहे पर जंग लगने को संक्षारण का एक उदाहरण कहा जा सकता है। 1. होली ...

Substitute the following for SR 3.78 (I) (A) Every new loco pilot /All should be given three trip (UP and DN separately) for learning road, out of which one must night to to familiarise himself with the section on which he is roasted for duty. On ghat section and automatic section minimum 6 trips of road learning shall be provided in up & down direction.                    भारतीय रेलवे नव वर्ष पर यात्री किराये में आंशिक रूप से बृद्धि की है जो 01/01/2020 से लागु होगा आखिरी बार 21 अप्रैल 2016 की कुछ संशोधन के रूप में रेल किराये में बृद्धि हुई थी इस बार लोकल या काम दुरी की किराये में बढ़ोतरी नहीं हुई है. लोकल किराये में कोई बढ़ोतरी नहीं हुई है जबकि मेल एक्सप्रेस के सामान्य श्रेणी में 1 पैसे पर किलोमीटर , नॉन ए सी ट्रैन में 2 पैसे और ए सी किराये में 4 पैसे पर किलोमीटर बृद्धि हुई है. ऐसे 02 पन्नो का एक विवारणिका संलग्न में रहा हूँ जो आपको विशेष समझने में सहूलियत होगी.
