Today we will talk about retired station superintendent Shri B Raguram from Mambalampettu station.
वे कुशल नेतृत्व और विलक्षण प्रतिभा के धनी व्यक्ति है , इनके साथ में मुझे भी करीब दो साल काम करने का मौका मिला है। विल्लुपुरम जंक्शन पर काम करते समय जब रघुराम सर और मैं एक साथ ड्यूटी पर रहते तो मुझे अपना काम बहुत ही आसान लगता। ये बहुत ही निर्भीक निष्पक्ष और सरलता के साथ ड्यूटी पर आने वाले हर बाधा को शांति के साथ हल कर देते थे ।
He is a person rich in efficient leadership and exceptional talent, with him I have also got the opportunity to work for almost two years. When Raghuram sir and I were on duty together while working at Villupuram Junction, I would have found my job very easy. He was very bold, fair and simply, he used to solve every obstacle on duty with peace.
विल्लुपुरम के बाद मंबलमपेट्टू स्टेशन के इंचार्ज के समय भी अपने साथ काम करने वाले अधिनस्थ कर्मचारियों के साथ इन्होंने कभी महसूस नहीं होने दिया कि वे अपने घर से काफी दूर काम कर रहे है।

physics संकाय से मास्टर की डिग्री प्राप्त करने के बाद श्री B Raghuram पहली बार रेलवे में सहायक स्टेशन मास्टर के पद पर 1986 में तिरुचिरापल्ली डिवीजन के सेंदानुर नमक स्टेशन पर ड्यूटी ज्वाइन किए थे। उसके बाद 1990 में विल्लुपुरम जंक्शन पर अपनी सेवाएं से सभी को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिए थे।
After obtaining his Master's degree from the Faculty of Physics, Shri B Raghuram first joined the railway duty as Assistant Station Master in 1986 at Sendanur Salt Station of Tiruchirappalli Division. After that, in 1990, he had mesmerized everyone with his services at Villupuram Junction.
भौतिकविज्ञान में M.Sc किये हुए हैं । साथ ही इन्होंने DRTM (डिप्लोमा इन रेलवे ट्रांसपोर्ट एंड मैंनेजमेंट) भी किया हुआ था।
ये पूरे डिवीजन के सबसे प्रतिभाशाली SS में से एक रहे। इनमें अधिकारी बंनने के सारे गुण विद्यमान थे।
इनका लड़का अमेरिका में कार्यरत है।
एसएस रघुराम सर थॉमस अलवा एडिसन से भी अधिक प्रतिभावान
टेस्ला थे।
इनकी अमेरिका यात्रा के सैकड़ों फोटो भी मैंने देखे थे।
He has done M.Sc in Physics. He also did DRTM (Diploma in Railway Transport and Management). He was one of the brightest SS in the entire division. He had all the qualities to become an officer. His son lives in America I have done duty with them. From whom I came to know that Thomas was more talented Tesla than Alva Edison. I had also seen hundreds of photos of his America trip.
अपने 36 वर्ष की त्रुटिविहीन कार्यकाल में 3 बार सेंदानुर, 3 बार विल्लुपुरम, 1 बार वेंकटेशपुरम और 2 बार मंबलमपेट स्टेशन पर सफल योगदान दिया।
In his impeccable tenure of 36 years, he has successfully contributed 3 times at Sendanur, 3 times at Villupuram, 1 time at Venkateshpuram and 2 times at Mamabalampattu station.
On the basis of his dedication and efficiency, he has been honored with DRM Award, COM Award, Group Award at Venkatespuram and Serndanur. But due to the late delay of the railways, till now 5400/- were deprived ( not received) of the grade pay. Whereas
almost everyone in the list gets 5400 gray pay.
