भारतीय रेलवे के स्टेशन मास्टर के द्वारा 31 मई 2022 को होने वाले प्रस्तावित हड़ताल को स्थगित कर दिया गया है।

जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि ऑल इंडिया स्टेशन मास्टर एसोसिएशन के महासचिव के द्वारा रेलवे बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष को एक नोटिस के द्वारा अपनी मांगों को रखते हुए 31 मई 2022 को संपूर्ण भारत में 35,000 स्टेशन मास्टर ने 1 दिन के आकस्मिक अवकाश की घोषणा की थी। आप यह समाचार www.operafast.com पर पढ़ रहे हैं।

The proposed strike to be held on 31 MAY 2022 by the Station Master of Indian Railways has been postponed. As you know, 35,000 station masters across India had declared one day casual leave on 31 May 2022 by the General Secretary of the All India Station Master Association, placing their demands through a notice to the Chairman, Railway Board.

स्टेशन मास्टरों के एसोसिएशन द्वारा प्रस्तावित हड़ताल और उससे होने वाले बाधित रेल सेवाओं को देखते हुए एसोशियन के प्रमुख मांगों पर सौहार्दपूर्ण समाधान निकलने हेतु मुख्य केंद्रीय श्रम आयुक्त , श्रम मंत्रालय , संसद मार्ग नई दिल्ली और उप सीएससी रेलवे प्रबंधन के साथ  श्रम मंत्रालय में एक संयुक्त बैठक हुई।

In view of the proposed strike by the Association of Station Masters and disrupted rail services due to it, the Chief Central Labor Commissioner, Labor Ministry, Sansad Marg New Delhi and Deputy CSC Railway Management along with the Ministry of Labor to work out an amicable solution to the major demands of the Association The meeting took place.

विदित हो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम 1947 के अनुसार जब सुलह की कार्यवाही के लिए सुलह अधिकारी के समक्ष मामला लंबित हो तो ट्रेड यूनियनों के द्वारा हड़ताल पर जाने पर प्रतिबंध है । साथ ही इस औधोगिक अधिनियम के तहत भारतीय संविधान और उसके आदर्शों को सम्मान में अपनी हड़ताल को किसी दूसरी तारीख के लिए स्थगित करना पड़ रहा है।

It may be noted that according to the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, trade unions are prohibited from going on strike when the matter is pending before the Conciliation Officer for conciliation proceedings. At the same time, in respect of the Indian Constitution and its ideals, under this Industrial Act, their strike has to be postponed to another date.

ऑल इंडिया स्टेशन मास्टर एसोसिएशन के द्वारा जारी विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम 1947 की धारा 22 के अनुसार 16 के कार्रवाई के समापन के साथ दिन बाद किसी दूसरे तारीख को ही हड़ताल कर पाना संभव होगा।

इस प्रस्तावित हड़ताल के टलने के कारण आम लोगों को होने वाले असुविधा अब नही होगी। एक बार फिर स्टेशन मास्टर अपनी ड्यूटी पर मुस्तैदी के साथ ड्यूटी जारी रखेंगे।

According to the release issued by the All India Station Master's Association, according to Section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, it will be possible to strike on a different date only after 16 days with the conclusion of the action. हालांकि इस बैठक में कोई निष्कर्ष नही निकला और ज्यादातर स्टेशन मास्टर असंतुष्टि जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि पिछले इतिहास ने साबित कर दिया है कि हमारा हर कार्य सफलता की ओर एक बढ़ते कदम है। हम डरने वाले नही है अगर रेलवे बोर्ड हमारी मांगे नही मानेगी तो 1997 जैसा एक बार फिर इतिहास को दोहराया जाएगा।
